Adrian Priddle
Adrian is the founder of Results Catalysts and has worked in learning and development for 20 years. Prior to this he was an auditor at Deloitte for 9 years. His passion is for creating and building great client and team relationships by helping people become inspiring leaders, supportive managers and trusted business partners. He believes networks and relationships help us to address all situations and has written a book about his tips on Networking, called Now Network. When he isn’t working Adrian relaxes by playing (average) golf and watching football.

Anne Jones
Anne believes that enabling individuals to understand and develop their strengths is key to individual and organisational success. She has worked in learning and development for 15 years, developing and delivering learning solutions across a variety of sectors with a particular focus on professional services.
Jonathan Geard-Beney
Jonathan found his passion for people development over 25 years ago and it remains stronger than ever. He is an NLP trainer and coach and works with many nationally recognised clients. His mission is to help managers discover the ease with which they can have happy and productive staff.
Kaye Bateman
Kaye has over 20 years of learning and development experience. Her main focus is working with clients on communication and other leadership skills using techniques such as video feedback, role play and coaching. Kaye's passion is helping other people develop their strengths and skills to enable them to achieve success in whichever arena they operate in. She holds BPS level A & B certificates in psychometric testing.
Sam Elly
Sam is an experienced workshop facilitator and business coach. After an early career in teaching, Sam joined Deloitte initially in the Financial Regulation Consultancy before moving into the L&D function. He has over 15 years of designing and delivering leadership development programmes to a variety of businesses ranging from owner managed to FTSE 100.
Hilary Barnett
Hilary has worked as an executive coach for the last 25 years, coaching senior executives in large corporate and public sector bodies. As a skilled facilitator and coach she brings creativity, challenge and fun to her work. She has extensive experience in attitudinal/behavioral change, team building, leadership and personal growth programmes. Hilary is a Master Practitioner of NLP, an NLP Master Coach and is accredited to use MBTI, FIRO B, and Basis. She loves working with organisations that are seeking to release the potential of their individuals and teams and increase their overall profitability through enhanced employee engagement.
